When submitting an order to Noqra jewellery you are entering into a contract with Noqra to supply you with handmade jewellery items as described in the product details.
In the rare circumstance of the product you ordered not being available, you will be contacted as soon as possible to discuss the appropriate action.
Components
All jewellery on this site has been handmade in Afghanistan. All items are sterling silver unless otherwise stated. Some pieces may feature pre- made components such as clasps and chains.
Images
Photographs taken are deemed to be a clear representation of the product.
Due to the handmade nature of jewellery I reserve the right to sell items with minor differences to the products photographed.
Age Restrictions
Persons under the age of 18 should use this Website only under the supervision of an adult and legal guardian.
Intellectual Property
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Website unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given express written permission to do so.
Pricing
All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of going online. Noqra reserves the right to change prices from time to time and as necessary.
Delivery
If Noqra receives no communication from you, within 7 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods with no problems.
Returns and exchanges Policy
Noqra accepts returns within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Please contact us at info@noqra.com before returning your purchase.
For exchanges email us at info@noqra.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card.
Please note that personalised items that have been manufactured on behalf of a client cannot be exchanged or returned.
Termination
Noqra Jewellery reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.
Limitation of Liability
Noqra Jewellery accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Website or any information contained therein. Users should be aware that they use the Website and its Content at their own risk.
In no case Noqra Jewellery be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising out of the incorrect delivery of goods or out of reliance on incorrect information included on the website.
