All Noqra jewellery arrives in a box emblazoned with Noqra’s logo or a tied cotton pouch with our signature ribbon.
We offer a standard delivery rate of 7 Euros on all orders. Packages will be delivered from Germany via Deutsche Post or from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail unless another delivery method is requested. Order processing takes approximately two business days prior to shipment. In the unlikely event that your goods are lost in transit or arrive damaged, please notify us immediately at info@noqra.com.
Please note that working days are Monday to Friday and any orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays (or national holidays) will be processed the following work day.
